About Robert Pasick Click Here to Download Dr. Pasick's Curriculum Vitae (PDF document) A History of Successful Endeavors • Dr. Pasick has provided Executive Coaching to executives from a wide variety of companies including; Ford Motor, Reuters, Terumo Corporation, Esperion Therapeutics, Pfizer, Zingerman's, and the University of Michigan . He has provided training, coaching and counseling to a diverse group of organizations from the Fortune 500 to small companies in the IT and Bio-Tech arenas. His current research interests include: Resilient Leadership in Turbulent Times, Effective Teamwork, How Executives Utilize Support Systems, Understanding Gender Differences at Work and Home, and Successfully Managing Transitions. • Dr. Pasick is also the Founder and President of LeadersConnect, a leadership development and networking program for Executives and Entrepreneurs. Through LeadersConnect he conducts a monthly leadership breakfast which features speakers from the corporate world and the University of Michigan . Among the speakers have been: CK Prahalad, Robert Quinn, Jane Dutton, Dean Robert Dolan, Phil Lynch, the CEO of Reuters of America, Scott Carson the CEO of Connexion by Boeing. Through LeadersConnect he has started several other leadership programs including ExecutivesConnect and The Goal Cultivator Community. • Dr. Pasick is a Faculty Affiliate at the William Davidson Institute at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan . This program enables him to teach executives throughout the world. He has provided Executive Coaching to over 800 Executives and 40 teams through his work in Executive Education. Each year he serves as the "Team Coach" for forty-five teams in IMAP and EMAP, action-learning programs for first-year students in the MBA program. He provides coaching to the students in the Tauber Manufacturing Institute, which serves students in the Business school and Engineering school. In addition, Dr. Pasick provides Executive Coaching to University of Michigan faculty and deans. In the Medical School he works with physicians on preventing burn out. He also works with Human Resources to develop Leadership Programs for faculty. • Dr. Pasick is the co-author of a case study on Reuters' response to the tragic events of September 11th . He worked with the Executives at Reuters in New York City after the crisis to help the company deal with the loss of seven people in the World Trade Center. • As an author Dr. Pasick has written and published five books in the past 14 years. His work has resulted in appearances on Oprah, The Today Show, NPR, and CNN. His work has been discussed in The New York Times, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, US News and World Report, and Men's Health. Currently he has a regular radio segment on career coaching on WAAM in Ann Arbor.
